肠道脂肪瘤8例报告

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment on intestinal lipoma

目的 总结出肠道脂肪瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法 通过分析我院诊治的 8例肠道脂肪瘤病人的资料 ,对其临床特点、诊断及治疗作分析总结。结果 肠道脂肪瘤主要表现为腹痛、腹部肿块、粘液血便及并发肠梗阻为多见。可通过纤维结肠镜、钡灌肠、全消化道钡餐、CT等辅助检查加以诊断。治疗以手术为主。结论 肠道脂肪瘤罕见 ,无特殊临床表现 ,诊断困难 ,确诊率低 ,误诊率高。

Objective To summarize intestinal lipoma's clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment.Methods To analyze and summarize its clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment based on data of 8 cases of intestinal lipoma in our hospital.Results The main manifestations of intestinal lipoma included abdominal pain, abdominal mass, mucous bloody stool and complicated intestinal obstruction. It were diagnosed by fibrocolonscope, barium enema examination, alimentary tract barium meal and CT, etc. The treatment mainly depended on surgery.Conclusion Intestinal lipoma is very infrequent, there were not special clinical manifestations, and the misdiagnosis rate was higher since it is hard to confirm diagnosis.
