Clinical observation of 33 cases with emergency bedside heart pace-making method

目的 观察 3 3例严重缓慢性心律失常进行紧急床边心脏起搏治疗效果。方法 采用Seldinger法穿刺左锁骨下静脉 ,在心电监护下直到起搏脉冲夺获心室。结果 该技术速度快 ,起搏成功率高 ,并发症极少。

Objective To observe the results of 33 cases of serious slow arthmia treated with emergency bedside heart pace making method.Methods Puncture subclavian vein with seldinger way until the pace making impulse captures the ventricle under supervision of electrocardiograph.Results This method was fast and effective with high success rate and low complication rate.Conclusion Bedside heart emergency pace making remedy against serious slow arythmia is worth popularizing.
