去甲万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌属感染的临床及细菌学评价

The effect of norvancomycin on the infection of MRS and the evaluation of the bacteriological investigation

目的 :观察去甲万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌属感染的疗效并评价其细菌学的结果。方法 :采用前瞻性开放性的方法 ,用国产去甲万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌肺部感染病人共 34例 ,每日总量1.2 g,治疗平均 10 .2 d,观察其症状体征变化及细菌清除情况。结果 :34例病人中 32例治愈及显效 ,总有效率94.1% ,临床未见肝肾功能损害 ,治疗后细菌的总的清除率为 92 .9%。结论 :国产去甲万古霉素对耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌属临床效果满意 。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of norvancomycin on the Staphylococcus strains of methicillin resistant and to evaluate the bacteriological investigation. Method: 34 patients with the infection of Staphylococcus strains of methicillin resistant were treated with norvancomycin (0.4g tid, average 10.2d), and clinical efficacy of the drug and elimination rate of bacteria was evaluated. Results: Of the 34 patients, 32 patients were cured, effective rate 94.1%. Without harmful on liver and kidney. Total bacterial elimination rate reached 92.9%. Conclusion: Good results were acquired with vancomycin to treat the infection of Staphylococcus strains of methicillin resistant with lower cost and safety.
