横向劈核白内障超声乳化术

Crossing Chop Phacoemulsification

目的 :探讨横向劈核技术在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。方法 :采用专用劈裂钩横向劈核技术 ,对 6 2例 (71眼 ) ～ 级硬度核的老年性白内障行超声乳化摘除并后房型人工晶体植入术。结果 :术后 1周、 1个月、 3个月视力≥ 0 .1者分别为 70 .4%、75 %和 75 .5 %。中度角膜水肿者 1例。无后囊破裂等其他并发症。结论 :采用横向劈核技术能够更加有效的碎核 ,同时减少了对囊袋和悬韧带的损伤 ,缩短了手术时间 。

Objective: To study surgical method of crossing chop phacoemulsification. Methods: The surgery of crossing chop phacoemulsification was performed with special chop hook on 71 eyes of 62 cases of senile cataract with nuclear hardness in degree Ⅲ-Ⅳ. Results: Postoperatively, the visual acuities were 1.0 or better in 70.4%, 75% and 75.5% at one week, one month and three months, respectively. Conclusions: It is more effective to fracture nucleus with the technique of crossing chop phacoemulsication and the technique needs less phaco energy and time.
