目的 通过实验为川芎 L igusticum chuanxiong Hort.和茶芎 L igusticum sinense Oliv.cv.chaxiong Mass的鉴定及正确使用提供科学依据。方法 对川芎和茶芎的性状、显微特征、紫外吸收光谱、薄层层析和气相色谱等方面进行比较鉴别。结果 川芎和茶芎在上述各方面均有区别 ,并建立了方便有效的鉴别方法。
