神农本草经》成书年代历来众说纷纭 ,根据两汉以来古文献记载及对帝王避讳字等方面的考证 ,认为该书成书年代应在三国时代 (公元 2 2 0～ 2 80年 ) ;从其内容来看 。

There have been different opinions on the publishing years of 'Shennongs Chinese Materia Medica' in the history.Based upon the textural study of the ancient literature since thd Dong Han and Western Han Dynasties and taboo words of the emperors and kings,the author believes that the publishing year of this book was in the period of the Three Kingdoms (220～280 AD) and the book was compiled by Chinese Taoists,judging from the contents of the book.
