自然流产的中西医结合诊治规律初探

Preliminary Exploration of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Rules in Integrated Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicines in Spontaneous Abortion

为探讨现代医学诊断技术对不同原因所致自然流产患者辨证施治规律的影响 ,将明确自然流产原因的 2 2 2例患者 ,结合现代微观检测方法 ,予以辨证论治。结果 :92例母体同种免疫识别功能低下型患者采用补肾益气安胎法治疗 ,成功率 89 13% ;42例抗磷脂抗体阳性患者采用滋肾活血化瘀法治疗 ,成功率 88 1% ;37例母儿血型不合患者采用清热利湿、活血祛瘀法治疗 ,成功率 94 7% ;2 7例宫颈机能不全患者采用宫颈内口缝合及补肾益气升阳法治疗 ,成功率 96 2 % ;2 4例TORCH综合征或衣原体、支原体阳性患者采用清热解毒、扶正祛邪法治疗 ,成功率 10 0 %。

After the reason of the spontaneous abortion was confirmed by the diagnostic technology and microcosmic tests of modern medicine,Chinese medical therapy was given.The results showed that the pregnancy successive rate was 89 13% in 92 patients with hypofunction of the homoimmunity recognition of the patient maternal fetal by treated tonify the kidney,benefit qi and tranquilize the fetus,the pregnancy successive rate was 88 1% in 44 patients with positive anti phospholipid antibody by the method to tonify the kidney,promoting blood circulate to remove stasis,the pregnancy successive rate was 94 7% in 38 cases with maternal fetal blood group incompatibility by the method to clear away heat,remove dampness,activate blood and expel stasis,the pregnancy successive rate was 96 2% in 27 cases with cervical incompetence by suturing the internal os of cervical and by the method to tonify the kidney,reinforce qi and raise yang,and the pregnancy successive rate was 100% in 24 cases with TORCH syndrome or positive chlamydia and mycoplasma by the method to clear away heat,eliminate toxins,support the anti pathogenic ability and expel pathogenic factors.The pathogenesis of various types of spontaneousl abortion are related in Chinese medicine and western medicine and a diagnostic and therapeutic rule has been established preliminarily with a definite effect and good repetition.
