夏枯草注射液对胸膜纤维化形成的机理研究 被引量:17

摘要 为研究夏枯草注射液治疗癌性胸水和抑制胸水再生的机理 ,将 5 0只家兔分成A、B、C、D、E 5组 ,每组 10只 ,除A组外 ,其余各组均用导管介入胸腔并注入葡萄糖液和生理盐水造成胸水模型 ,然后分别一次性向胸腔内注入生理盐水 (B组 )、化疗药物 (C组 )、揽香烯注射液 (D组 )和夏枯草注射液 (E组 )。待X线胸片证实胸腔积液消失 (平均 5d)后 ,处死全部动物 ,作肉眼观察和病理检查。结果 :A组胸膜无变化 ,B、C组仅有轻微变化 ,D、E组胸膜Ⅱ度以上反应发生率分别为 6 0 %和 80 %。后 2组与前 3组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,后 2组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。提示夏枯草注射液能有效地促进胸腔纤维化形成 。 In order to study the therapeutic mechanism of 'Prunella Injection' in treating cancerous hydrothorax and inhibiting reproduction of hydrothorax,50 rabbits were divided into Group A,B,C,D and E,10 rabbits in each group.Besides Group A,the rest groups were inserted with a tube to pour glucose solution and physiological saline to cause hydrothorax models.Then,the thoracic cavity was injected respectively with physiological saline (Group B),chemotherapeutical drug (Group C),Elemene Injection (Group D),and 'Prunella Injection' (Group E).After disappearance of hydrothorax was proved by X ray examination (5 days on average),all animals were killed for naked eye observation and pathological examination.The results showed that there was no change in pleura in Group A,only slight change in Group B and C,and the reaction rate above Grade Ⅱ in pleura was respectively 60% and 80% in Group D and E,with significant difference in the latter two groups and former three groups (P<0 05),and significant difference between the latter two groups (P>0 05).The findings indicate that 'Prunella Injection' can effectively promote pleural fibrosis and inhibit regeneration of hydrothorax.
