Multilayer Structure for Phase Change Optical Recording Disk

摘要 实用的相变光盘膜应由包含相变介质膜和匹配膜的多层膜结构绍成。本文根据膜系特征导纳矩阵,匹配设计了相变光盘的多层膜结构。设计结果表明:(1)λ=8300 处多层膜结构较单层膜结构(只有相变记录介质膜)对写入激光吸收提高一倍左右;(2)反射率对比度有较大提高,R_c∶R_a可达4∶1。最后对设计结果给出了实验证实。 Multilayer structure containing phase change medium film and matching layers is necessary for practical phase change optical disk. Based on admittance matrix methods, all the matching multilayes structure parameters have been designed. The results show that. 1, At the wavelength 830 mm, multilayer structure absorbs as two times of laser energy compared with monolayer structure for phase change recording medium film only. 2, Reflectance contrast R_c: R_a can attain as high as 4: 1. Phase change optical disk cyclic write/erase experiments on the stationary test samples have comfi rmed the results of the design.
