摘要
在恶劣工业环境下光学检测显示了突出的优点。本文综述了工业光学检测的一般途径,详细讨论了线材、板材、三维图象等具体工业问题采用的特殊光学检测方法,及其今后可能的发展和应用领域。
Optical techniques are particularly well suited to industrial inspection in hostile environments. In this paper, we summed up the general methods in industrial optical inspection, discussed detailly the special optical techniques using in wire, sheet, 3-D image detection, showed possible advancement and applied fields in future.
