目的 :建立一种快速筛选阳性重组质粒的方法。方法 :直接以菌液为模板 ,采用两条特异性引物 ,利用 PCR筛选人前列腺分泌蛋白 94 (PSP94 )的阳性重组质粒。结果 :利用 PCR法成功筛选出了阳性重组质粒。结论 :PCR法省时、省力 。

Objective:To find a rapid method of screening positive recombinant plasmid.Methods:Specific PCR amplification was used to screen human PSP94 recombinant plasmid,with incubating medium as template directly.Results:The positive recombinant plasmid was screened successfully.Conclusion:PCR method is cheaper;experimental time is shorter and specificity was higher,and the method is especially fit for rapid screening and identification of the recombinants.
