摘要
目的 :了解苦丁茶对小鼠免疫力功能的影响。 方法 :采用不同剂量的苦丁茶对小鼠进行体液免疫和细胞免疫功能测定。 结果 :苦丁茶煎液具有增强小鼠腹腔M的吞噬功能 ;提高脾细胞溶血空斑 (PFC)数目。 结论 :苦丁茶有增强和调节机体免疫功能作用。
objective:to investigate the effect of Ilex latifolia thunb on immune function in mouse.Mathod:the functions of humoral immunity and cellular immunity were examined in the mouse after adminastrated different dose of Ilex latifolia thunb.Results:the decoction of Ilex latifolia thunb enhanced the phagocytic function of Mφ in the mouse abdomind cavity:increased the number of PFC.Conclusion:Ilex latifolia thunb could be a new medicine source to enhance and adjust the immune function of organism.
