不良孕产史夫妇的细胞遗传学分析

Cytogenetics Study on the Couples with Infaust Gravidity and or Labor

目的 :探讨不良孕产在细胞遗传学方面的原因。方法 :对 430例不良孕产史夫妇进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体 G显带分析。结果 :发现染色体异常 18例 ,异常检出率为 4.19% ,较普通人群的异常率 0 .5 %显著性增高。结论 :对不良孕产史夫妇进行细胞遗传学分析有十分重要的临床意义。

Objective:To study the cause of cytogenetics on the coupl es with infaust gravidity and/or labor.Methods:430 cases with infaust gravidity an d /or labor were analyzed using blood lymphocyte chromosome G banding technique. Results:The chromosome abnormalities were found in 18 cases,the abnormality rate in the couples with infaust gsavidity and/or labor was 4.19%,significantly incr eased as compared to that of the normal control (0.5%). Conclusion:Cytogenetics study on the couple with infaust gravidity and/or labor has an important clinic al significance.
