肺功能测定对咳嗽变异型哮喘的诊断意义

目的 :探讨肺功能测定对咳嗽变异型哮喘 (CVA)的诊断意义。方法 :对 79例反复呼吸道感染患儿 ,进行肺功能(FVC、FEV1、FEFR)测定 ,其中低于预计值的 5 7例为观察组。根据年龄、性别、身高查出两组的预计值 ,并作统计学处理 ,表明无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,说明有可比性。然后将实际测定结果进行比较 ,并对观察组进行诊断性治疗。结果 :两组 3项测定值进行两两比较显示 ,均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,经诊断性治疗 1周后 ,5 3例 (92 .9% )症状完全缓解。结论 :反复呼吸道感染的患儿 ,有相当大部分 (72 .2 % )是 CVA,其肺功能均有一定程度改变 ,肺功能测定有较大的诊断意义。

Objective:To evaluate the significance of pulmonary funct io n test on the diagnosis of cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods:The pulmonary fu n ction tests were carried out in 79 patients with recurrent respiratory tract inf ection (RRTI).57 cases whose function test values were lower than those of antic ipative values were chosen as the experimental group.The anticipative values we re formed out according to the ages,sexuality and hight of patients.There was a comparibility between the two groups for they had no significant difference thr ough statistic treatment.The anticipated value was compared with the actual test e d value and the experimental group underwent diagnostic treatment.Results:The te s ted values lay in a significant difference after comparision with one by one.Aft er diagnostic treatment for a week,53 patients (accounting for 92.9%),achieved c o mplete remission.Conclusion:A rather large number of patients with RRTI belong t o CVA.Because the patients hove some abnormal changes to a degree,the pulmonary function test has a high diagnostic value.
