淋巴瘤细胞凋亡调控的分子生物学进展

摘要 凋亡或程序性细胞死亡是正常和瘤性淋巴细胞自稳调控的重要机制 ,众多的细胞凋亡相关蛋白涉及淋巴瘤的发生 ,bcl- 2家庭、capase- 3和多药耐药蛋白在淋巴瘤细胞的表达程度与化疗、放疗反应及该病的预后有关。 Apoptosis or programmed cell death is essential in the pr oc ess of controlling homeostatic mechanism in both normal and neoplastic lymphocyt e.A numerous proteins associated with apoptosis is crucial to oncogenesis of lym phoma.The pattern of expression of bcl 2 family, caspase 3/cpp 32 and multi d r ug resistance glycoprotein in lymphoma is involvement of apoptotic process and r espond to chemotherapy and radiotherapy,as well as the prognosis of this disease .
