腹腔温热灌注法治疗直肠癌的安全性研究

Safety study through abdominal cavity warm-heat way perfusion in treatingcarcinoma of the rectum

目的 :研究腹腔温热灌注疗法治疗直肠癌的安全性。方法 :SD大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为单纯手术组和手术加温热灌注两组各 2 0只 ,于术后d5、d14分两批处死 ,后腔静脉抽血 4ml,剖取结肠创面组织 ,光镜、电镜观察创面组织愈合情况 ,检测血WBC、RBC、ALT、AST、BUN、Cr等。结果 :温热灌注组创面愈合情况、血常规及各项生化指标d5、d14均与单纯手术组无明显差别。结论 :温热灌注对大鼠结肠创面愈合无影响 ,对大鼠肝肾功能无明显损害。

Objective: Study safety on abdominal cavity warm-heat way perfusion in treating carcinoma of the rectum.Methods:40 SD rats were divided into operationand warm-heat groups at random,each group is 20 SD rats,Fourteen and fifth day being diposeddeath, hinder abdominal cavity make blood 4ml, extracting surface of wound tissues of Colon,observed surface of wound tissues healing condition .Dectecting blood WBC,RBC,ALT,AST,BUN,Cr and so on. Results: warm-heat perfusion group compared with soleoperation groups, surface of wound tissues healing condition,Blood routin and biochemical analysis is little distinct difference. Conclusion: warm-heat perfusion don't affect healing of surface of wound tissues of colon. No damage on liver,kidney of SD rats.
