哈氏棒在急性不稳定性胸腰椎骨折治疗中的应用

Treatment of acute and instability thoracolumbar fractures with Harrington

目的 :探讨哈氏棒在急性不稳定性胸腰椎骨折的应用。方法 :观察胸腰椎骨折的术前、术后的椎体高度、椎间隙距离变化及椎体间融合情况 ,对 4 9例不稳定性胸腰椎骨折进行固定治疗。结果 :术后随访 1～ 4年 ,全部骨折的椎体的高度和椎间隙距离增高 ,椎体间骨性融合。结论 :哈氏棒内固定起到恢复脊柱生物力学稳定性 ,保护脊髓的作用。较椎弓根钉固定方法具有手术简单、强大的支撑力、手术费时少的特点。

Objective: Treatment of acute and instability thoracolumbar fractures with Harrington.Methods:Oberve the vertebral height,the change of intervertebral space and intervertebral fussion before and after thoracolumbar fractures operations using internal fixation with Harrington. Result: 49 patients have been followed-up 1～4 years, vertebral height and intervertebral space have increased,and then make osteo-union.Conclusion: Internal fixation with Harrington can recover biomechanical stability of the spine, protect spinal cord . Conlpared with screw severe,internal fixation with Harrington has the advantage of simple installation,providing powerful support and save operating time.
