In the paper, the mechanism of CO2 laser's heat effect, He-Ne laser's bioeffect and the synergism of combining irradiation with CO2 laser and He-Ne laser for open-wouned skin tissue are described and the effects of combining irradiation with CO2 laser and He-Ne laser for perineotomy incision would promote the incision heal are proved by the clinical experiment.
