透明隔腔容量CT定量分析

Quantitative analysis of the volume of cavum septi pellucidi in CT

目的 :定量研究正常成年人透明隔腔 (cavumseptapeullcidum ,CSP)容量及其性别差别。方法 :采用CT部分容积分析法 (PVA)定量研究 82例成年人CSP容量。结果 :经统计学处理 ,其均值及 95%之正常范围为男 3.0 2～ 4.49ml,女 2 .57～ 4.38ml,男女之比差异P >0 .0 5。结论 :正常成年人CSP容量可由CT的PVA法测定 ,其均值的 95%正常范围无显著性性别差异。

Objective: To investigate quantitatively the volume of cavum septi pellucidi (CSP) and its sex differences.Methods: The volumes of CSP in 82 normal individuals were studied using the method of CT partial volume analysis (PVA).Results: The volume's 95% confidence interval was 3.02～4.49 ml(male) or 2.57～4.38 ml(female), P <0.05.Conclusion: The volume of CSP in normal adult can be determined by CT PVA, and there is not significant difference in its mean value and 95% confidence interval between male and female.
