Spectroscopic measurement of Ti-doped sapphire single crystal

我们测试了利用激光加热小基座生长单晶光纤技术得到的掺三价钛离子蓝宝石小晶体棒的光学特性、并对实验结果作了分析与讨论。

The optical properties of Titanium doped sapphire materials (Ti3+: Al2O3)using single crystal fibers grown by a laser heated pedestal growth technique is measured. The results of experiment have been analyzed and discussed.
