脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的早期康复医疗 被引量:3

Early rehabilitation therapy of lower extremity motor function in patients with stroke

摘要 目的探讨早期康复医疗对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的疗效。方法对32例脑卒中早期患者根据不同运动功能状态,采用促进技术和运动再学习方案。以Fugl-Meyer法、MAS量表评价,与对照组30例作比较。结果康复组治疗后下肢运动功能、平衡功能及活动能力较原来明显提高,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P< 0.01或P< 0.05),而继发下肢痉挛、垂足、内翻足的发生率则较对照组显著减少。结论早期适当的康复措施可以促进下肢运动功能的恢复,提高步行能力,改善步态。 Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on the lower extremity motor function.Method In rehabilitation group,the patients were treated with various facilitation techniques or motor relearning programme.Result After treatment,the lower extremity motor,balance function and activity ability of rehabilitation group were obviously improved as compared with those before treatment,and the scores of these were significantly higher than these of control group(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05).The current rates of secondary spasticity,drop foot and cross-foot in rehabilitation group were significantly lower than control group.Conclusion Early rehabilitation can promote the recovery of lower extremity motor function,improve the walking ability and hemiplegic gait.
