对脑卒中后肩—手综合征分期评估与治疗方法的探讨

Approaches the treatment methods of shoulder－hand syndrome and evaluation post stroke

目的探讨脑卒中后肩－手综合征的治疗方法。方法采用心理治疗、正确的肢位摆放、患侧上肢各关节的适当活动、物理因子及药物等观察62例疗效。结果有效率93.5％，基本治愈率30.64％，从康复治疗效果看；肩－手综合征Ⅰ期的比Ⅱ期好，而Ⅱ期又比Ⅲ期好。结论心理治疗、正确的肢位摆放、患侧上肢各关节的适当活动、物理因子及药物等是治疗脑卒中后肩－手综合征的好方法。

Objective To approach the treatment methods of shoulder－hand syndrome post stroke.Method By integrated rehabilitation treatments involved psychological treatment,suitable position of limbs,propriety movement of arthral of upper limbs at physic treatment and nedicament treatment,the curative effects post stroke were analyzed.Result It was indicated that the effective rate was up to 93.5％and the basic recovered rate was 30.64％in 62 case of shoulder－hand syndrome of post stroke.The treatment in phases Ⅰof shoulder－hand syndrome was better than that of phasesⅡ,and the phaseⅡwas better than phaseⅢ.Conclusion The integrated rehabilitation treatments involved psychological treatment,accurate position of limbs,propriety movement of arthral of affecteel upper limbs physic treatment and medicament treatment were methods of shoulder－hand syndrome post stroke.The earlier the better.
