摘要
目的观察脑深部电刺激(DBS)治疗帕金森病(PD)术后症状改善,并应用电流脉冲发生器(IPG)进行参数调整以达最佳临床效果。方法2例PD患者进行了手术,采用立体定向系统,以微电极引导将刺激电极植入相应靶点,例1选择丘脑腹中间核(Vim),例2选择丘脑底核(STN)为靶点。结果术后各种参数相对稳定,在反复启动和关闭IGP前后,差别明显。结论DBS治疗PD安全有效,副作用可逆,,IGP参数调整和随访是DBS手术是否成功的重要部分。
Objective To observe effects of deep brain stimulation(DBS) on Parkinson's disease(PD) and adjust implanting pulse generator(IGP) to get the best control for PD symptoms.Method Two PD patients underwent microelectrode-guide stereotaxic DBS surgery, left Vim (ventral intermediate thalamic nucleus) as target,case 2 target in patients, were bilateral STN(subthalamic nucleus) as target in patient 2.Result After operation,all parameters were stable.With IPG on and off,the clinical symptoms developed very differently.Conclussion DBS is a safe and effective new method for PD,the side-effects are reversible,the adjustment of IPG parameters and follow-up study are the important parts of the success of DBS.
