中药调心方、补肾方改善阿尔茨海默病认知功能的临床研究

Clinical study on chinese herbal ，Heart－Regulating Formula and Kidney－Tonifying Formula in improving cognitive ability in Alzheimer's disease

目的比较调心方、补肾方和多奈哌齐改善阿尔茨海默病（AD）认知功能的临床疗效。方法以美国DSM－IV为诊断标准，简易智能状态量表(MMSE)、Fuld物体记忆测验(FOM)、快速词汇测验(RVR)、WAIS数字广度测验(DS)、WISC积木测验(BD)测试为评价工具，观察治疗前后分值变化。结果3组均能明显提高患者的MMSE分值，调心方和多奈哌齐能同时改善FOM和DS，补肾方能改善RVR。结论调心方、补肾方与多奈哌齐都能改善AD患者的认知功能，作用相似而又有区别。

Objective To comparie the therapeutic effect of Heart－Regulating Formula, Kidney－Tonifying Formula and Donepezil in improving the cognitive ability in Alzheimer's disease(AD).Method Based on DSM－IV diagnostic criteria, MMSE, FOM, RVR, DS and BD were adopted as the assessment tool to observe the change in value before and after treatment.Result Three groups could all enhance MMSE value, and Heart－Regulating Formula and Donepezil could improve FOM and DS simultaneously, and Kidney－Tonifying Formula could improve RVR.Conclusion 'Heart－Regulating Formula', 'Kidney－Tonifying Formula' and Donepezil can improve AD, in similar function with difference.
