中药穴位敷贴对大鼠缺血心肌的心电图的影响

Effect of the nourishing－Qi and invigorating－Blood paste on the ECG of rat myocardial ischemia

目的探讨益气活血药外用贴剂对大鼠缺血心肌的影响。方法皮下注射异丙肾上腺素（5mg/kg）建立SD大鼠心肌缺血模型，以心电图ST－T和心率及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和脂质过氧化物（LPO）为指标,观察制剂对大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。结果实验组的ST段疗效显著(P< 0.05)，而造模后45min ST段的改变程度均有减小趋势。结论益气活血中药贴剂具有改善心肌缺血的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of the nourishing－Qi and invigorating－Blood paste applied on the SD rat myocardial ischemia and to provide evidence for clinical practice.Method Rat myocardial ischemia model was set up by isoproterenol injection through skin. ST－T and heart rate in ECG together with SOD and LPO were applied as indices to the study.Result The effect of test group on ST segment was significant (P< 0.05) while there is only effective tendency in control group. Both the maximum of ST segment change and the change quantity of ST segment 45 minutes after the model was set up have the decrease tendency but no obvious difference (P >0.05). The LPO level of test group was lower significantly than that of model group.Conclusion The nourishing－Qi and invigorating－blood paste can improve myocardial ischemia.
