摘要
目的 研究微量元素 Se与胎脑神经元原癌基因 c- fos,c- jun蛋白表达之间的关系。方法 在陕西缺碘低硒区 (宜君县 )缺碘富硒区 (紫阳县 )及对照组 (临潼县 ) 3地共解剖水囊引产胎儿胎脑 2 0例 ,通过免疫组化法检测胎脑大脑皮层神经元原癌基在 c- fos,c- jun蛋白产物的表达 ,并采集其脐血进行微量元素检测。结果 补碘近 2 0年后 ,3地碘水平已无明显差异 ,而 Se水平 3地则有显著差异 ,以紫阳为最高 ,宜君为最低 ;C- Fos,C- Jun蛋白表达以紫阳较强 ,宜君最弱。结论 Se的水平可影响胎脑大脑皮层神经元 C- Fos,C- Jun蛋白的表达 。
Objective To study the relation between selenium position and expression of c fos and c jun protein of fetal brain neurons.Methods We examined 20 cases of abortion fetal brains and their umbilical cord blood from three different selenium position regions (Ziyang county,Yijun county,Lintong county),and assaying the Se,I position,then examined the expressions of c fos and c jun protein in fetal brain cerebral cortex by immunohistochemistry.Results There were no difference among the three regions with iodine, but difference with selenium among them,and selenium level was the highest in Ziyang,the lowest in Yijun,the expressions of C Fos and C Jun protein were also the highest in Ziyang and the lowest in Yijun.Conclusions Selenium position might affect the expression of C Fos and C Jun protein of fetal brain and might affect the development of neural system and intelligence.
