摘要
目的 探讨高碘是否和低碘一样影响学习记忆功能 ,特别是母体高碘是否会对仔代造成影响。方法 用高碘、低碘饮水喂养亲代鼠 3个月 ,用水迷宫实验评价了仔一代鼠 30日龄和 90日龄时的学习记忆功能。结果 30日龄仔鼠高碘、低碘迷宫所用时间和错误次数均较适碘组显著延长 ;同批鼠 90日龄时 ,无论高碘、低碘还是适碘组 ,迷宫时间、、错误次数均较 30日龄鼠显著减少 ,但 90日龄鼠 3组间差异仍存在显著意义。结论 摄入过量碘和碘缺乏一样 ,可引起后代学习记忆功能障碍 ,此障碍可能是不可逆的 ,并且影响的是记忆过程的开端环节和基础阶段 :即识记过程 。
Objective To verify whether high iodine, especially high iodine in mother's body,can hinder learning memory function of babies as low iodine can.Methods The mice were fed with high iodine water for three months.The learning memory function of 30 day progenies and 90 day progenies were observed.Results High iodine significantly declined the learning memory function of 30 day progeines,which showed longer water maze time and much more errors as low iodine did,water maze time and error times of 90 day progenies were obiously decreased than that of 30 day progenies in three groups,but water maze time and error times of 90 day progenies were significantly different in three groups.Conclusions High iodine and low iodine can hinder learning memory function of progeny which may be inreversible,high iodine and low iodine hindered the beginning stage of learning memory process(cognition process),but it didn't hinder the retaining and recognition processes.
