在分子克隆工作中 ,建立了两种简捷的鉴定含重组质粒菌落的方法 :质粒快速鉴定法和PCR鉴定法。以对人的组织纤维溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)的cDNA克隆为例。测序结果表明这两种方法能快速 ,准确地筛选出阳性克隆。
