摘要
为了建立高效液相色谱法分离测定四乙酰核糖纯度及相关杂质的方法 ,以YWG 18为分析柱 ,以35 %乙腈为流动相 ,流速为 1ml/min ,检测波长为 2 10nm ,对四乙酰核糖进行了HPLC法测定在 5 0 μg/ml~10 0 0 0 μg/ml浓度范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 .99997) ,且测定方法重现性较好 (RSD <1% ) ,精密度 <1%。证明本方法简单准确 ,重现性好。可用于分离测定四乙酰核糖纯度及相关杂质。
The methods of tetraacetyl rilose determination by HPLC was established. The analytical column is YWG-18, mobile phase is 35% acetonitrile, and flow rate is 1.0ml/min. The determination range is 50μg/ml ~10 000μg/ml(r=0.99997). This method is simple, accurate, good reproducibility and can be used for determination of contents and isolation of impurity of Tetraacetyl ribose.
