应用氦氖激光治疗马关节背侧皮肤缺损创的研究

Study on the treatment of excisional skin wounds on the dorsal aspect of joints in the horses with He-Ne laser

本研究在七匹马关节背侧切除3×3平方厘米的皮肤块,造成皮肤全层缺损创,试验组用低功率氦氖激光照射。试验结果表明,照射组局部作用明显,附关节背侧皮肤创愈合时间缩短5.43天,前肢系关节背侧皮肤创愈合时间缩短4.57天,差异显著。证明氦氖激光治疗马关节背侧皮肤缺损创具有显著疗效。

Full-thickness skin wound of 3 × 3cm2 were made on the dorsal aspect of joints of seven horses in the experimental study and the wounds of experimental group were irradiated with low power] He-Ne laser. The result showed that the ex-cisional skin wounds on the dorsal aspect of horses' joints irradiated with laser had significant local effect, the time of hock wound healing in the experimental was 5.43 days ahead of that in control group (P<0.05); The time of fore fetlock wound healing in. the experimental group was 4.57 days ahead of that in control group (P<0.05). The results indicated that He-Ne laser has a significant effect on the skin wounds' healing on the dorsal aspect of joints.
