基于灰度直方图和互相关方法的医学图像检索

Medical Image Retrieve Based on Gray Histogram and Correlation

采用基于灰度直方图和互相关相结合的方法实现对医学图像的检索 .灰度直方图方法虽具有比例、旋转和位移不变性等特点 ,但不能充分表示空间分布信息 .而将图像之间的互相关特性应用于医学图像检索的方法正好可以弥补直方图表达空间信息的不足 ,将这两种方法相结合实现了对医学图像快速、准确的检索效果 .该算法容易实现 。

A method of retrieving medical image was presented,which is based on both histogram and correlation algoritm.The histogram algorithm is used to achieve the advantages of rotation invariance,position invariance and scale invariance.However,the histogram algorithm can not represent the spatial information of the image.Hence, the correlation algorithm is introduced into the method to solve this problem.The method presented in this paper has characteristics of both exactness and quickness in retrieving medical images,and can be realized easily.It is a promising approach for the medical image retrieving.
