摘要 为增强固体吸附床的有效传热 ,提出了一种以 Na X沸石为主要成分的固化复合吸附剂 ,对其吸附性能和导热性能进行了实验研究 .该复合吸附剂的吸附性能优于沸石颗粒 ,其最大吸附量接近于沸石原粉 .吸附平衡时其导热系数约为 0 .2 3 W/(m· K) .试验表明 ,吸附剂的真实导热系数受吸附量的影响很大 ,而其有效导热系数除了受真实导热系数的影响外 ,还与吸附量的变化率有关 .对该复合吸附剂在余热制冷及太阳能制冷中的应用进行了探讨 ,提出了一种用于余热制冷的新型吸附床结构 。 A new consolidate composite adsorbent mainly made of zeolite NaX was proposed. The adsorptivity and heat transfer performance of the composite adsorbent were investigated experimentally. The composite adsorbent has an better adsorptivity than the zeolite grain. And its thermal conductivity in saturated adsorption is about 0.23 W/ (m&middotK). The real thermal conductivity of the adsorbent strongly depends on the adsorbate content in the adsorbent, while its effective thermal conductivity depends on not only the real thermal conductivity but also the variation rate of the adsorbate content in the adsorbent. The applications of the composite adsorbent in adsorption refrigeration powered by waste heat or solar energy were studied. A new adsorbent bed used for waste heat powered refrigeration was presented, and a solar cooling tube was analyzed.
