形状记忆合金的本构模型及其有限元实施

摘要 基于塑性力学中屈服面的概念以及Liang和Brinson提出的马氏体体积百分量和应力、温度间的关系,提出了适用于描述多维形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应和伪弹性效应的本构模型,并用T.L.法对该本构模型进行了非线性有限元实施。算例表明该本构模型与实验结果比较吻合,且只需对现有非线性有限元程序稍做修改就可得到实施,简单易行,有一定的实用价值。 In this paper, based on the yield criterion of plasticity and the relation of Martensitic fraction, stress and temperature proposed by Liang and Brinson, the multi-dimension constitutive model that can simulate the shape memory effect and pesudoelasticity was developed. With the T.L method, the constitutive model was implemented by nonlinear finite element method. Numerical examples show that the present constitutive model is in agreement with the experimental results, and to modify slightly the available nonlinear finite element program, the constitutive model can be realized easily.
