摘要
本文将电测方法与光弹性方法结合在一起,导出了应用读数应变εd就可以获取准静态情况下结构的载荷P、危险截面位置和最大应力峰值σ_(max)(X_0Y_0Z_0)的理论计算方法,从而为结构的在线强度评价提供一种实验分析方法。文中导出的εd-t,P-t,κ_σ-t及σ-t诸曲线谱的相关性理论,不仅揭示了εd与未知载荷P,无量纲应力系数κ_σ及应力σ之间的关系,更重要的是这种分析思想与计算机技术结合在一起,可以达到设备强度自动报警的作用。作为一个实例,作者应用本理论成功地解决了某钢厂热轧线上一个粗轧机机架在线的应力强度评价难题。
The paper presents a method of experimental mechanics which is combined traditional electronic measurement with photoelasticity using in online analysis of strength. Using this method, under para-trends condition an unknown load P and a location of dangerous point and a largest peak value of stress a on the structure by recording a reading strain ed on the surface of construction can be obtained. When it works on line,it provide a reliable analysis method to evaluate the strength of the constraction. The paper describes a set of curve of ed-t, P- t, Ka-t and a - t, not only discovered the relationship between the unknown load P, dimensionless stress factor K, ?stress a and reading strain ed, but also established a foundation about automatic alarm for the construction strength when combined with the technique of computer As a example, author has solved a tough problem for a stress strength of being defect of watering pit on the frame of hot rolling mills at a complex by means of describing over the theory and the method.
