On the Third Socialist Public Ownership—the Co-ownership of the Labors

鉴于传统的社会主义公有制形式———国家所有制和集体所有制在与社会主义市场经济结合中所遇到的巨大困难 ,我们不但要积极探索传统公有制的实现形式 ,而且更要拓展视野 ,努力探索公有制的新形式。

The traditional form of socialist public ownership——the ownership of the nation and that of the collective has encountered great difficulties in the course of its integration with socialist market economy. Therefore, we need to vigorously experiment with the realization forms of the traditional public ownership, and broaden our horizon and pursue new forms of public ownership as well.
