Small-and-medium-sized MNCs and Their Direct Foreign Investment

中小企业在各国经济发展中发挥着重要作用 ,但在国际对外直接投资中所占的比例较低。近年来 ,中小跨国公司迅速增长。我们分析了中小跨国企业对外直接投资的原因 ,及在对外投资中所面临的问题。最后 ,提出了积极吸引中小跨国企业投资的政策建设。

Small-and-medium-sized MNCs are playing an important role in the economic development in all countries of the world, but make an inadequate involvement in the international direct investment. In recent years, foreign direct investment of those companies swells. This essay undertakes an analysis on the motivations and the existing problems in the investment by those MNCs, and puts forward some suggestions in policy-making to attract the investment by those companies.
