China's entrance to the WTO will undoubtedly bring such unprecedented good opportunities as favorable investment environment, mechanism innovation and market access. On the other hand, China's entrance to the WTO will inevitably bring negative impact on China's growing Civilian economy. Therefore, we must learn the “Game Rules' of the WTO and take due countermeasures actively.
