农业产业化是实现农业发展、农民增收的有效手段 ,是推进农业现代化的重要途径。从理论上讲 ,这已成为全社会共识 ,但在实践中仍存在着一些认识和行为的偏差。因此 ,要正确处理以下关系 :政府行为与市场行为、全局与局部、借鉴经验与本地发展、稳定粮食生产与发展经济作物、继承与创新、经济效益与生态效益、资源性开发与资本性开发、富百姓与富财政、特色产业与名牌产品、龙头企业与农户。

The realization of agricultural industrialization is an effective means in developing our agriculture and increasing the income of the peasants, and an important way in pushing the modernization of our agriculture. This is widely recognized theoretically, but this is not the case in practice. Therefore, we need to appropriately handle the relationships between government and market, the part and the whole, borrowing experience and local development, a stability in grain yield and the development of cash crop, inheritance and innovation; economic performance and ecological results etc to ensure an advancement of agricultural industrialization.
