摘要
本文是从动态、长期的角度对人力资本的积累加以分析 ,假设经济中的人力资本存量可分为企业家与职业技术人员 ,然后证明出 ,随经济发展 ,培养企业家才能的机会成本上升 ,降低了个人选择成为企业家的动机 ,从而使稳定状态下的企业家相对于职业技术人员过多。本文解释了发达国家职业技术人员的相对过剩 ,经济发展中最初资本存量的必要性 ,并指出当多于一种人力资本存在时 ,个人在各种可选项间配置其资源可能是无效率的。最后结合我国的情况对模型加以变化和扩展。
The paper analyzes the accumulation of human-capital from a long-term,dynamic perspective.First we assume that human-capital stock is composed of entrepreneurs and professionals.Then we attempt to prove that with the development of economy,the motives to accumulate entrepreneurship turns low as the opportunity cost of entrepreneur increases,and more professionals exist in an economy compared to entrepreneurs.It explains why in developed countries there are more professionals,why initial human-capital stock is necessary,and points out that when more than one type of human-capital exists,individuals may allocate their resources inefficiently among the alternatives.At last,we make some variation and extension to the model according to Chians conditions.
