二元经济条件下财政政策有效性的思考

One the Effectiveness of Fiscal Policy Under Circumstances of Dual Economy

近年来理论界对我国财政政策有效性的研究 ,主要是从经济转轨的角度来分析问题的 ,但忽视了我国经济生活的另外一个非常重要的方面———二元经济结构问题。本文用二元经济理论工具分析了我国需求不足的原因 ,提出二元经济条件下财政政策有效运行的若干选择。

Recently the problem between insufficient domestic demand and effective fiscal policy has been widely discussed in the view of economic transformation. And another important problem dual economy is ignored.In this paper, dual theoretical means has be used to analyse the cause of insufficient demand, and several selections of effective operation of fiscal policy under circumstance of dual economy has also been put forword.
