摘要
本文探索知识经济的新特征是新凯恩斯主义工资粘性理论发展的客观基础。在知识经济时代生产力核心要素的变化和劳动力市场供需双方的博弈行为导致微观经济主体企业的工资管理功能变化。并认为面临知识经济挑战 ,新凯恩斯主义工资粘性理论对我国企业在劳动力市场的经济对策有一定的启示作用。
The paper points out that the new characteristics of knowledge economy is the objective basis of the development of the sticky wage theory of NeoKeynesianism In the era of knowledge economy, changes in the core factors of productive forces and the game behavior between the supply side and the demand side on the labor market have led to changes in the wage administration functions of the principal enterprises of the microeconomy. The paper also points out that faced with the challenges of a knowledge economy, the stickt wage theory of NeoKeynesianism has an enlightening effect on the enterprises of our country in formulation economic countermeasures on the labor market
