本文是关于从鹿茸(Cornu Cervi)的脂溶性组分分离鉴定得到胆固醇、十八碳酸乙酯和十七碳酸乙酯的报导。 1原料、仪器及层析条件 1.1原料 鹿茸系采用传统水炸风干法加工干燥的花二杠整支干茸(吉林省双阳县第三鹿场提供)。经粉碎,研磨,过60目筛。外观为棕灰色。 1.2仪器 Nicolet-5DX-FT红外光谱仪;FINNIGAN
The present paper covers the other soluble components isolated from cornus cervi. By means of column chromatographic methods, thin-layer chromatography, GC-MS-CD, IR, H NMR, three compounds were isolated and established. They are cholesterol, ethyl octadecanate, ethyl heptadecanate, it's important that we have corrected the error of the work of the predecessors.
