摘要
本文进一步闸明了晶闸管关断的物理过程,根据莫尔理论和电荷控制模型推导出一个包含晶闸管两个共基极直流电流放大系数的新的关断时间表达式。该公式充分体现了器件的导通过程与关断过程之间的联系,并用实验对公式进行了验证。
This paper further clarifies the turn-off process of a thyristor. According to the Moll's theory and the charge-controlled model, a new equation of turn-off time t_q which includes the two small signal current gains of a thyristor is obtained. This equation fully embodies the relation between the turn-on process and the turn-off process of the device. It has been verified by experiment.
