The Venture Investment and the High technology Industry

风险投资促进了高新技术成果的转化和产业化 ,尤其在资金及管理等方面发挥了巨大的推动作用和示范效应 ,成为培育高新技术产业的“孵化器”。风险投资在我国虽然得到长足的发展 ,但在投资规模、资金来源、退出机制、法律保障等方面仍存在问题 ,当前应从加强政府的主导作用及改善风险投资的社会经济环境方面着手 ,采取相应的措施 ,完善风险投资体制 。

The venture investment ,the hatcher of the high-tech industry,has greatly stimulated the transformation of the high-tech. And industrialization , especially in capital and management . even though it has developed greatly in our country ,the venture investment still has a lot of problems ,such as in the investment scales,the source of fund,the protection of law,the mechanism of outgoing. We have to take more effective countermeasures,for example,to strengthen the government power,to improve the social environment of venture investment, to improve the system of the venture investment and to promote the development of the high technology.
