摘要
研究了用不锈钢罩和石英缝菅增强火焰原子吸收测定金属元素灵敏度的条件。结果表明,不锈钢罩和石英缝管使常规火焰法的分析灵敏度提高3~9倍,精密度得到改善,应用于GSD水系沉积物中Pb和尿中Cu等的测定,获得满意的结果。
Studies on using a stainless steel cover and a slotted quartz tube to increase the analytica sensitivity of a flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of trace metals are de scribed. The experimental results show that the analytical sensitivities of using the proposed stailess steel cover and slotted quartz tube are increased by a factor of 3~9 than those of conventional flame atomic absorption sbsorptrometry. The improvement of precision can be achieved by using the stainless steel cover and slotted quartz tube. The satisfactory result for the determination of lead in sedimen and copper in urine by proposed method was obtained.
