摘要
研究了可谐染料激光激励火焰中的Rb,K原子从基态跃迁到高激发态下的激光增强电离光谱(LEIS),检测到Rb原子从基态5s^2S_(1/2)跃迁到高激发态np^2P_(1/2,3/2)~0(n=13~20),K原子从基态4s^2S_(1/2)跃迁到高激发态np^2P_(1/2,3/2)~0(n=19~24)的LEI信号及Rb,K原子的光谱特征。
A tunable dye laser is used to excite Rb and K atoms. The laser enhanced ionization spectroscopy (LEIS) is studies by exciting the'atoms to some higher excited states. The LEIS signals of transitions from ground state 5s^2S1/2 to some higher excited states np^2P_1/2,~0,3/2(n=13~20,) of Rb atoms and transitions from ground state 4s^2S1/2 to some higher excited states np^2P_1/2~0,3/2(n=19~24) of K atoms were detected.
