摘要
采用X射线衍射的0~45°法,对沉积在高速钢上的Ti-N镀层的残余应力进行了测量。结果表明,残余应力为压应力(σ_(?)<0),值域为8~12 GPa,同时对影响镀层残余应力的各种工艺参数进行了评估。
The X-ray diffraction 0~45°method can be used to determine the residual stress of Ti-N coating deposited on high speed steel (HSS). The results show that the residual stress is compressive stress (σ_φ, <0). Its values are between 8 GPa and 12 GPa. The various technological parameters affecting the residual stress of the coating are assessed.
