摘要
建立了用吸附溶出伏安法测香兰素的方法,其最低检测浓度为2.0×10^(-11)mol/L,并研究了香兰素的吸附特性及电极过程。
The characteristic of determining vanillin at the mercury electrode by adsorption stripping voltammetry was investigated in detail. Generally applicable conditions for this method are given. When the stirred accumalation time is 30 s and unstirred accumalation time is 30 s, the limit of determination for vanillin is 2.0×10^-11 mol/L.
