摘要
用同步预聚法合成了环氧树脂-聚丙烯酸丁酯双链式IPN。研究了组分比、丙烯酸丁酯交联剂量及网间交联剂量对IPN力学性能及形态的影响。结果表明,在一定组分比和一定交联剂量下,IPN的力学性能协同增加,网间化学交联不能提高IPN的综合性能,环氧树脂-聚丙烯酸丁酯双链式IPN为两相体系,全IPN组分间相容性优于半IPN。
Bi-chain epoxy/poly (n-butyl acrylate) IPNs were synthesized by simultaneous polymerization and the effects of crosslinking density of poly(n-butyl acrylate) and inter-network crosslinking on the morphology and mechanical properties of the IPNs were investigated. It is shown that under the certain composition and crosslinking density, some mechanical properties, such as Young's modulus, tensile strength and elongation at break, are enhanced synergically and the comprehensive properties are not improved by inter-network crosslinking. The electron micrographs of the IPNs show a two phase morphology. The compatibility of the two components in full IPNs is much better than that in semi-IPNs.
