摘要
采用共沉淀及各种控制条件,制备了LaFeO_3超微生坯粉,用X射线衍射、差热和透射电镜研究了样品的特性。实验表明,烧成钙钛矿型结构的LaFeO_3的温度与合成基体的条件有关,在600℃的温度下,用本文方法制备的生坯粉,可合成出发育良好的钙钛矿型LaFeO_3微晶。
Precursors of LaFeO_3 UFP were prepared by adopting coprecipitation mothod and various controlling conditions, XRD, DTA and TEM were used to characterize the samples. It was found that the calcining temperature required for the formation of perovskite crystalline oxide depends strongly on the preparation conditions of the precursors. Well-crystallized UFP of perovskite-type LaFeO_3 could be synthesized at temperatures as low as 600 ℃ by the calcination of these amorphous precursors.
